sewage smellunusable jacuzzi
The jacuzzi on our balcony emitted a sewage smell when i turned on the jets. This made it totally unusable, disappointing since it was the reason i chose this particular room. the beachfront room sat directly beneath the main restaurant, so i could hear staff vacuuming and moving furniture from 6 am every day. it was an early start to each day.

i liked that breakfast had a fantastic view. it made the start to the day better.
This hotel was definitely not a 5-star experience. the bed was ridiculously hard. i don't know how they can call themselves high-end. asian influencers seemed to take over the pool area. They were always live-streaming and had no respect for privacy.

the breakfast had lots of different foods from all over the world, so that was fine.
the jacuzzi on our balcony reeked of sewerage when i turned on the jets. this made it completely unusable, such a disappointment! our beachfront room sat right above the main restaurant, noise started at 6am with staff vacuuming and moving furniture. getting cutlery to eat the nightly dessert became this whole weird ordeal, reminded me of i was trying to steal something.
